Speeding hit-and-run driver struck man on his way home from bowling club and watched him die, in #Stirling #England . James Risk died after being thrown into the air by Mohammad Rashid's car and striking his head on the pavement in 2022. #MohammadRashid then drove home to pick up his wife #AroojAli and watch #JamesRisk die in front of his brother. Risk was a #bricklayer . #DerekHamilton spared Rashid jailtime because he said Rashid felt bad and was part of a big family, essentially greenlighting murder in the UK .
