I wrote these song lyrics in 2001. I don't regret using the Donna song and music app to add the music and voice to my song. I love the results.

Born in 1935, black hair and Hazel eyes, thought my Grandma was my angel in disguise; and I can't deny, I've been blessed with her smile, Oh how I love that grandmother of mine; she has walked many miles to get here, and gods walked with her the whole way through, and in the end, she'll still be walking with him, 'cause his love guides her through;She's prayed many prayers, she's cried many tears, faced many of her fears,spiritual and true Oh how about you, nanny turns to God when she needs someone to talk to.
Whenever I need someone to talk to, She taught me, to call on God; put your faith into him, be forgiven for your sin, Put your faith in God and you can't go wrong; Hold your faith up high, and in time you'll find, that God will always be on your side.
Oh how the time flies, she's still got that smile, think my Grandma's grown to be so strong and wise; Oh how she shines, and gods on her side, oh how I love that grand-mother of mine. She has read many pages of the Bible yes, she loves to learn, about the truth; the book helps her find; a peace of Mind, yes Lord She's sold on you; She sang many songs, good songs for the Lord, As far back as I can remember, and until this very day, I can still hear her say; just turn to God in Jesus name.
So if you ever need someone to talk to, please feel free, to call on God; put your faith into him, be forgiven for your sins, put your faith in God and you can't go wrong; Hold your head up high, and in time you'll find, that God will always be, on your side.
