Democratic Candidate Calls for Repeal of 2nd Amendment

During a debate on local news for a California Congressional seat, the Democratic candidate did not hide the ball and called for a repeal of the 2nd Amendment, which would be a complete gun ban in the United States. He also voices his concern about gun violence very awkwardly in making his gun control talking point.
