Another Judge Rules AGAINST Free Speech

Dave Right Now is taking umbrage at the Faruqi vs Hanson ruling that found Pauling Hanson to be in breach of Section 18C in the Racial Discrimination Act. At which point is all speech at risk of being deemed illegal when people are possibly just misunderstood (or jerks).
