Marcellus Williams CHEATS DEATH for 20 years - Balanced Takes

Last month, the execution of Marcellus Williams was all the rage. I saw a TON of lies about it online, so this is my small attempt to combat some of them. Now, this video took a lot of work and there were several minor errors which I had to prune/annotate before uploading. One of the things I will note here is that some of the information I relayed about the 2001 trial also included some of the 2003 appeal information. But it all ran together (and I’m not lawyer enough to understand how it was all structured) so I left it like that.
