In week four we're adding the third concept for improvement-physical perception. Begin with a warm up on past exercises. Add another level of cognitive load to the Ball Toss exercise and Coordination/Flow movement pattern.
Finally, we'll introduce physical perception practice by investigating the participants gaze-where their eyes habitually fall and what impact that has on posture, balance and safety.
