Generac 16kW generator - startup after Stepper Motor and Choke Plate repairs

This video shows a normal startup of our generator after replacing the stepper motor / controller for the throttle and the solenoid for the choke plate on a 16kW NG Generac generator (model 0052540, serial 4643547). I had replaced the stepper motor to fix an Overspeed shut-off error condition. The old stepper motor had a "hitch" in the travel of the motor through its range of movement that I think that prevented proper control of the engine speed and would lead to the overspeed condition that triggered a safety shutdown. Also, I fixed the location of an arm of the choke plate return spring so that the plate better sealed the covered barrel of the intake and allows the engine to better draw fuel / gas in to start the engine.
