Tommy Robinson's sentence. Will they hit him with more prison soon?

Tommy was given 18 months in prison for a civil matter, but we must not forget he was charged under the terrorism act 2000 for refusing to give his phone PIN. I suspect they will hit him with these charges soon and 18 months will turn into many years. Nobody is talking about this
