Many years ago I wrote a poem to my wife under the same title, and now I've expanded on it and turned it into a song. My favorite song... is always the next one.

When asked what is my favorite day
I just got to say, I hope you hear me
The question is simple, and the answer is easy
My favorite day with you, is always the next one

Maybe on Friday you'll find a new problem
With something that isn't a problem for me

Maybe on Saturday you'll feel all alone
When we're not together you become incomplete

Maybe on Sunday you'll find something new
But I'm less enthused then you seem to be
