[038] Tasting - Hyde #3, Hyde #6, and Hyde #7

Hyde #7 "The President's Cask" arrived yesterday, and we're going to taste it together. In fact, we're going to take all 3 of the Hyde bottles off the shelf and give each one a sip.

Hyde is not a "distiller" in the traditional sense. They do not distill their own whisky and bottle it. Instead, they bring in whisky from other sources, mature/finish the whisky in carefully selected casks, and THEN bottle the finished product. This is how Irish whisky used to be bottled before Powers changed the paradigm back in the late 1800s.
