Delicious Glazed Lemon Cake Mix Cookies Recipe

Wonderful glazed Cookies filled with Lemon Flavor, great with a cup of Coffee, Tea or Milk.

Glazed Lemon Cake Mix Cookies
Ingredients:
Cookies:
1 box (15.25oz) Lemon Cake Mix
2 tbsp Lemon Zest
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Butter, soft
8 oz Cream Cheese, soft
1 Egg

Glaze:
1-3/4 - 2 cups Powdered Sugar
3-4 tbsp Lemon Juice
2 tbsp Lemon Zest

Cream together Cream Cheese, Butter & Zest.
Add Egg & Lemon Juice.
Incorporate Lemon Cake Mix.
Cover with Plastic Wrap.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Line Cookie Sheet with Parchment Paper.
Preheat Oven 350° F.
Drop Spoon full of Doug equally 2" apart on Cookie Sheet.
Bake 12-14 Minutes. (do not over bake)
Rest 2 Minutes on Sheet, cool completely on Wire Rack.
Combine Powdered Sugar & Lemon Juice to make thick Glaze, whisk well.
Incorporate Lemon Zest.
Drizzle Lemon Glaze over Cookies, let set.
