UFO on Video over France

We're sharing this phenomenon, a beam of light, something coming in
with a lightning storm.

Is this some kind of holographic projection experiment going on or are we looking at something in the clouds?

Or some people might even say like Project Bluebeam.

We're looking at this and it's illuminating, like I said, a huge amount of the atmosphere and then it glows red and then they see these dancing
lights, and a kind of circle around it.
