It's Time for... Incarnon Warframe Weapons?

Warframe's Modding System has been Updated tremendously over the years. Lately, we've been trying to rescue the Zenistar, but that's not all. There's also the Latron Prime, which used to be great before the Boltor Prime and Soma Prime. But now, using Incarnon from the Duviri Circuit, you can get it back to being useful again. Or so I am told....
