This video is taken from a county commission meeting in Williamson County, TN in June of 2023. Williamson County was also home of the "Dominion Error" prior to the 2022 Primary.
Cheryl Brown, the speaker in this video was the previous chair of the GOP and still vehemently claims to be a republican.

Also important to note is that in 2021 Election Administrator of Benton County, Mark Ward (now Mayor) believed there could possibly be impropriety between lobbyists and Tennessee election officials. Specifically, ES&S.
