Beginners Guide to Start Their Fitness Journey!
🎉 New to the gym and not sure where to start? Let’s simplify things! Whether you’re stepping in for the first time or just looking for a game plan, here’s a quick breakdown for beginners to make the most out of your week at the gym:
1️⃣ 3x a week: Full-body workouts (Monday, Wednesday, Friday) – hit all muscle groups in each session, so you’re getting balanced progress across your whole body!
2️⃣ 4x a week: Upper/Lower split (Upper on Mon & Thurs, Lower on Tues & Fri) – focus on upper body one day, lower body the next. Great for maximizing recovery and giving each part of your body some dedicated time.
3️⃣ 5x a week: Upper/Lower with a Full Body day (Upper, Lower, Upper, Lower, Full Body) – this routine gives an extra boost to each muscle group and ends with a full-body session to tie it all together.
