Very Confused Democrat Talks Guns

In a debate for the upcoming election, a very confused Democratic candidate discusses firearms and bump stocks, but I think she is very confused about what she says and what she actually means. She suggests restrictions or a ban on assault style rifles while saying the bump stock ban was unfortunate.
