A "mi sheberach" is a Jewish prayer for the sick - especially for those in need of healing.

The Pharisee Jews believe that the Noachide commandments (Noah's laws) apply to non-Jews in the end. One of the laws is idolatry. For example, for the Jews, anyone who believes in Jesus Christ is an idolater.
