Annette began paying attention to what the Bible said about food when she found herself ill and obese. Trying to follow what God says about food totally changed her life for the better and now she uses those insights to help guide others down the same healthful path. She says choosing to trust and have faith in God as our guide in all aspects of life is what sets us free.
