Isaiah 49 – The LORD called Me from the womb; From the body of My mother He named Me. Who is that?

Isa 49:1
Listen to Me, O islands, And pay attention, you peoples from afar. The LORD called Me from the womb; From the body of My mother He named Me.
Isa 49:2
And He has made My mouth like a sharp sword; In the shadow of His hand He has concealed Me, And He has also made Me a select arrow; He has hidden Me in His quiver.
Rev 1:16 And in His right hand He held seven stars; and out of His mouth came a sharp two-edge sword; and His face was like the sun shinning in its strength.
