Is it not the law society's first and foremost duty to prevent arbitrary abuse from Governments?
I am at a loss when I read comments from people at the top of their game who will not talk on the legality of the issue nor offer the knowledge of how you can go to court on it. These are massive issues constitutionally and all legally qualified are culpable for multiple failures to hold governments to account. Now so under qualified that most solicitors have no idea where to start. The under qualification of solicitors police prosecuters judges sheriffs all timeously done in order to allow the UK as it is today.
Unjust enrichment made by all that fail could fund a new political party once the proceeds of crime act is waged upon all that has constituted to the UK today.
