A Prophetic Response to the US Election - Dylan Oakley, 6 November 2024

As Americans vote in probably the most important presidential election in history — the results of which will send reverberations around the world — I believe the best outcome for righteousness, human dignity, and the furtherance of the Gospel worldwide is a Team Trump victory.

Some Christians are offended by any promotion of Donald Trump, pointing out his flaws or accusing one of putting faith in man.

I do not have a ‘Donald Trump — saviour of the world’ complex. In 2016, in the days following Donald Trump’s election as the 45th President of the United States, I penned and shared a prophetic word. That word sets out clearly my position and is still relevant in 2024 as the free world waits in anticipation of the US election results.
