FILING A COMPLAINT ON OFFICER MILLER AND A PUBLIC RECORDS REQUEST

This video was taken on July 3rd I dropped off a complaint on officer Miller and I also did a public records request all that paperwork is at the end of the video with the complaint form I added a copy of their policy and hi lighted where the violations are in the policy and I also typed it out that's at the end of the video copy of it enjoy the video 📸👍👋
