DISCERNING TRUTH FROM LIES

Proverbs 12:22 New King James Version
22 Lying lips are an abomination to the Lord,
But those who deal truthfully are His delight.

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA MY DEAR FRIENDS!!!
I've got to be honest guys, and say that I really was challenged by this morning scripture, because I need to be able to pursue the truth. I'll admit I have difficulty sometimes doing so, but when God directs me to is His Word on something, and when I act on it in a way that honors Him, it's something I won't regret. I find it difficult, because sometimes the lie seems so good and so genuine, that it's easy to be deceived by it. I think that's why these questions from this morning’s devotional especially this first one is so challenging to my heart, and I'd like to share it with you tonight. Please read this question carefully and I pray that God speaks to your heart through it as well.

How might you wisely question the narrative of what you see, hear, and experience?

Tonight, my friends, I'd like to share some things that God showed me from this morning scripture, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that what I share with you helps you to see how important it is to pursue the truth in every aspect of your life. So, my friends, as I close this those with all of you tonight, I want to leave you with this final question from this morning's devotional, and I pray that it will challenge you to want to seek out the truth and pursue it and every aspect of your life.

How will you live out your commitment to the truth?

My prayer for all of you tonight, my friends, is that you very carefully go to the Lord in prayer every day when you hear, see, or experience anything that is questionable. I pray that you go to God's Word every day and ask Him for both wisdom and discernment concerning what someone is saying whether it's a pastor teaching some strange or questionable doctrine, to what you see on the news, and social media. If it's something of the Lord, then listen to it and act on it. If not, run from it! False information Is very dangerous, so you want to be on your guard. So, I highly advise you, that when a sensational story comes your way, when you hear something on the news, that doesn't have all the facts to it, ask God for wisdom to help you seek the truth about that. Be God's truth seeker not an error spreader, so that you can be a true representative for Christ Jesus with honor and integrity!
