Fishing Hartleys Creek Song

Original song true story about the time I went fishing alone in Hartleys Creek north of Cairns in Queensland. Sitting open legged on a fold out canvas stool I got my hundred pound breaking strain fishing line with a big lead sinker stuck in a tree on the other side of the creek. I pulled it and the line was singing when the branch broke and the sinker flew back at a million miles an hour straight into my testicles. I lied in the mud in so much pain I tried to scream but nothing came out. When I recovered a bit I noticed a white crocodile skull only a few feet from me. Gary Crockett Copyright©.
