TIM MEISBURGER ELECTION OBSERVATION

Tim brings over 30 years of experience helping authoritarian countries transition to democracy and establish free elections. He is recognized globally for his expertise in both international and domestic election observation, as well as assessing the fairness of electoral processes. After returning to the U.S. in 2016, he became acutely aware of the decline in the quality of elections at home, having served as the director of the Center for Democracy, Rights, and Governance at USAID.
