Repealing The 16th and 17th Amendments Are The Best First Steps To Restoring And Fixing America

To RESTORE the United States of America back to the Constitutional Federalist Republic that our Founders created and gave to us, we must start with repealing and abolishing BOTH the 16th and 17th Amendments. And, it's important to understand why that is, and why they are considered by many to be unconstitutional:

The 16th Amendment removed the "poison-pill" protection our Founders created against income tax by nullifying the Constitution's Appropriations Clause. The very first Act they passed after the 16th Amendment was The Revenue Act of 1913.

The 17th Amendment took the representation of the States through the Senate, and gave it to the Federal government under the GUISE of "democracy" and as "representation of the people". HOWEVER, the people already had representation through the House, so it was just a false premise to amass more power at the Federal level and deny power to the States.
