Combat engineers of the Sever Group of the Armed Forces are working day and night to deal with the consequences of enemy's shelling the settlements in the border area of the Kursk region.

🔎 The engineer units defuse projectiles left by AFU militants in Korenovsky district of Kursk region. In retreating, the enemy left a lot of unexploaded shells and traps in the area and in civilian houses.

The AFU mined fields while falling back. They left camouflaged explosives in their damaged vehicles.

EOD specialists probe the terrain a metre by metre extracting from explosion craters warheads of rockets, undetonated elements, propellants, control units, and electronic parts of projectiles.

All detected explosives are transported to a special field or detonated on site by a counter-charge. Source
