The sound frequencies or musical scale is based off of 440 HZ tuning. In 1840 it was decided to base A note off of 440hz. This results in all the other harmonics being a very odd & random frequency. Its not conducive to the our objective to affect matter including biological living humans.

Can we create a musical scale based on 432 hz ?

Terry Mc Graph is a Physicist who has a patent called the physical quantum atomic model of the atom. An atom has 108 resonant nodes. Atoms respond to this harmonic resonance based upon 432HZ.
108 hz corresponds to 108 nodes within the atom.

If you want to affect matter you should have a correct mathematical model for manipulating atoms with resonance.
