How a Dental Surgery Caused Chronic Illness

Mr. Cummings speaks on behalf of his wife, Karen. Karen's journey through illness began after an oral surgery in 2003, which involved an infected root canal and a bone graft. By 2005, her health had severely declined. Despite being a lifelong competitive swimmer and extremely healthy, she experienced unexplained weight loss, debilitating sores, and dangerously high blood pressure. The medical community offered little help, often dismissing her symptoms as psychological. Refusing to give up, Karen continued to search for answers and eventually went to Dr. Rau's clinic in Switzerland. Dr. Rau diagnosed a severe fungal infection in her bloodstream, which was identified as being caused by the contaminated bone graft. This graft came from diseased tissue, part of a corrupt tissue industry where materials were taken from cadavers without proper consent and sold without adequate testing. Through Dr. Rau's pioneering treatments and Karen's determination, she found recovery. Her journey highlights the importance of holistic medicine and self-advocacy in overcoming chronic illness.
