Director Harpe recently responded to JJ’s accusations of abusing with a media release saying he had taken only 9 trips at 9k. Based on news reports he was very untruthful and shows why he is untrustworthy. Privatization is another big topic. How can the Director claim private prisons are dreadful but then seek to privatize numerous services. It appears DOC has real money issues cutting back on food like trading real milk for dried milk and cutting overtime during a massive shortage of staff.
