Mike Davis says there’s not enough time for Biden to replace Justice Sotomayor

Article III Founder and President Mike Davis thinks it’s unlikely President Joe Biden will try to replace Supreme Court Justice Sonia Sotomayor before the end of his term. “If the Democrats try to do that, the Republicans can grind the Senate to a halt and they should,” he says.
