I have a 4 piece Pinpoint set on Gizmak which eats the first polymorph proc, typically when the fight starts. There is a 1/25 chance for Poly to proc if there are 2 6* poly blessing on the opponent. Gizmak gets sheeped all the time in this scenario, happened twice again tonight... Enjoy the fights!
