Israeli PM Netanyahu’s office reportedly collected sensitive security footage of recently fired Defense Minister Yoav Gallant and an IDF officer. IDF Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi was informed months ago that the PMO held “sensitive” footage of a senior military figure who had worked there. Halevi was told that the footage had been used in a questionable manner, as per reports in Israeli media. The reports indicated the issue may be linked to recent scandals involving the PMO and police investigations into several aides of the PM. Channel 12 reported that two senior officials in the office are thought to have been involved in extracting sensitive material from security cameras.
