Daniel 9:27 - Does the Hebrew say it is a 7 year covenant?

Someone brought this argument to try to prove that Daniel 9:27 is talking about an antichrist who signs or confirms a "7 year peace treaty".

As I was studying his argument, i studied the hebrew wording, and it does not say what he thinks it does. I think this information will be interesting to some people.
