Semper Fleye (Rob Popovic)

Hook: as big as you want 3x - 4x long
Thread: white mono or other strong thread
Tail: white bucktail surrounded by 5 to 7 grizzly streamer feathers (any color)
Body: tight palmered “fluff” end of same streamer feathers

Head cement recipe:
Goop
Xylene (epoxy thinnner)

Instructions:
Fill a quart jar half full with Xylene
Squeeze a tube of Goop into the Xylene
Shake until the Goop is dissolved; add Xylene to desired consistency

Apply with a pin or needle dipped in the liquid
