Yellowstone - How America's Favorite Show Became a Shadow of its Former Self

Yellowstone is returning for season 5 this weekend, but the show is just a shadow of its former self. The whole thing has become much more of a country-flavored soap opera than modern-day western drama. And complicating things even further, Kevin Costner, who stars as John Dutton in Yellowstone, has left the show in the midst of a very public feud with the show’s creator Taylor Sheridan. I think the writing is on the wall for Yellowstone and the show probably should have been put out to pasture years ago.
