Are You Wilderness Ready?
Part of being Revelation Ready is understanding the significance of the wilderness experience. When we read the Older Testament we see that there are many examples of what it means to go into the Wilderness. We also see New Testament examples as well, as Yeshua (Jesus) had to spend time in the Wilderness. Paul warns us that we would be experiencing the challenges that our forefathers did in the wilderness. As their journey was an example for us, upon whom the ends of the world have come. (1 Cor. 10) We then find that there is a woman in the book of Revelation that would spend time in the Wilderness. For this cause it is important to read through the examples of scripture that helps us understand the purpose and pattern of the wilderness so when the rehearsal repeats we will be wilderness ready.
