Unbeatable Combo! Garlic Butter Steak & Shrimp 🥩🍤🔥

Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) sirloin steak, cut into strips
1/2 lb (225g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Salt and pepper to taste
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions:

Season steak and shrimp with salt and pepper.
Heat 1 tbsp of butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear steak strips for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove and set aside.
Add another tbsp of butter and garlic to the skillet, then add shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque.
Return steak to the skillet, add the remaining butter, and toss everything together.
Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
