Rabbi Yisroel Dovid Weiss is an American Jewish anti-Zionist activist and a prominent member of Neturei Karta, an Orthodox Jewish group that opposes the philosophy of Zionism on religious grounds.

Based in New York, Rabbi Weiss advocates for peaceful opposition to the State of Israel, emphasizing the distinction between Judaism and Zionism and advocating coexistence. Of Polish and Hungarian descent, Rabbi Weiss lost most of his family in the Holocaust.

He recognizes the Holocaust’s historical reality but criticizes its use in justifying Israeli policies. Through Neturei Karta, he represents the Torah-based stance of Orthodox Jews worldwide who reject Zionism as incompatible with their faith.
