Wanted to remind all things are showed to us. Is this thing a sentient AI?

Don't know what it is, but it takes off fast(won't be seen?) then slows and spins around when it realizes it won't be seen. And yet they show it on the news. But, the thing is sentient. Some type of AI? Lives in the frame of that old truck, I guess. Along with friends, if you look closely.
