BC of J Santos 11.3.2023

I was stopped by J. Santos. He claimed his body worn camera wasn't working. This is the what I was given by the prosecutor. As a professional photographer / videographer, I can tell you that it was working, I saw his red light on, that it was recording when he stopped me. Shown here is both his hands in frame when it "magically starts recording" the rest of the stop with out being activated by his hands. In this video he can not keep his own story straight about what happened. He says he is "ok" and " how busy do you want me to be with them" ( referring to the medics who gave him an ice pack he didn't use.) also point blank asks the other officer if I hit her and she says "No." while trying to create more false charges and accusations about me and my character all based on hearsay and illegal search and seizure. The entire incident has been edited out of this body camera footage to cover up his abuse of power, overstepping, and lies of me hitting him. You can watch from the dash cam what happens. This officer also drinks a lot of Red Bull which causes brain fog and aggression.
