1 Kings 19:11-15, God told Elijah to stand and listen to a still small voice, without getting distracted by the storm, earthquake, and fire. The voice would tell Elijah exactly what to do.

Colossians 2:13-14, EVERYONE is a sinner, and all sinners owe the debt of sin, which is death. However, Jesus Christ was the only one who could pay that debt in full, and nail it to the cross. All sinners who reject Christ's payment, will continuously fail several times throughout life until they ultimately die, and when they do die, they will still be the same old sinner they have always been. Those doomed sinners will have missed God's voice and all the opportunities, as they were continuously distracted by the other voices in their head.
Galatians 2:20, co-crucifixion with Christ manifested. Faith in Christ is what continues after co-crucifixion, as the old flesh has died on the cross, to make way for the new.
John 10:27-29, Jesus Christ assures His followers that His voice can be heard, even in the most chaotic and noisiest moments in life
Revelations 3:20, God reminds everyone of His voice- the voice that can bring sinners safely home to Him in His kingdom.
