Is The Simpsons Game for PS3 and Xbox 360 really worth $50?

I've noticed the PS3 version of The Simpsons Game sells for over double the price of the game on PS2. It's basically the same game but just upgraded with better graphics and sound. Does this really make the game over twice as valuable?
