The United States needs a DIGITAL FOURTH AMENDMENT to the US Constitution!

The right of the people to be secure in their digital communication, devices and data, against collection, dissemination by/to third parties or government, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the device to be searched, the data being seized, and the persons or property affected.

With the recent focus by @elonmusk @DavidSacks @realDonaldTrump @LaraLeaTrump @DonaldJTrumpJr @TulsiGabbard @VivekGRamaswamy @RobertKennedyJr on the first (MOST IMPORTANT) and second (TO PROTECT THE FIRST AMENDMENT) of the US Constitution I wanted to propose this NEW amendment to the forgotten FOURTH amendment.

The VERY IMPORTANT original Fourth Amendment has all but ceased to exist in our new digital and now coming AI age of civilization.
