Isabela, Philippines now! Typhoon Nika destroys houses and uproots trees with destructive winds

The Philippine Barometrical, Geophysical and Cosmic Administrations Organization (Pagasa) raised Hurricane Wind Signal No. 3 in Aurora and Isabela territories Sunday night as Hurricane Nika proceeds with its methodology. As per Pagasa's Typhoon Announcement No. 8, gave at 8 p.m. on Nov. 10, the tempest's way and power have incited uplifted admonitions for these areas.
