2. SHARE FACTS TO GAIN AWARENESS
a. Easily triggered in areas of our lives means we need to be healed. The ultimate purpose of the twin flame is to bring healing at a soul level so that we can live as our highest selves in this 3D matrix.
b. Work on our shadow selves
c. If you are unhealed you will take observations as judgment.
d. Weaknesses are faced head on and shows where we need healing.
3. RECOGNIZING HARMFUL PATTERNS
a. Bringing awareness that causes problems becomes a pattern until we learn.
b. We will continue to repeat these harmful patterns until we are healed.
c. If we are not healed we cannot process.
d. Cannot process due to inner wounds not healed.
e. We are here to help each other in this journey
4. PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE ROUTE & SHUTTING DOWN
a. Don’t want to resolve vulnerabilities and open to spiritual attacks
b. Try to escape the pain because its too traumatic to deal with.
c. We need to feel it, and then heal it and transmute the pain into light
d. Crying releases negative emotions. Be real with your feelings it will help you communicate.
5. VULNERABILITY IS A MUST IN THE TWIN FLAME CONNECTION
a. If not we will wear a mask
b. Hide our true feelings
c. Lie
d. More problems will occur
e. Deal with our insecurities which makes our connection
f. Resolve differences to become stronger
g. Twin Flames have a lot of toxic relationship patterns which can sabotage our connection.
