Rob Taylor Report – North Bend’s DEI Loyalty Oath

The city of North Bend is going to decide at a work session on November 12, 2024, at 6:00 PM whether to force businesses to sign a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity Loyalty Oath before they can do business with the city. There are already business discrimination laws on the books, so this new layer of regulation is nothing more than the promotion of DEI. DEI is one of the principles of Critical Race Theory and divides individuals into different groups based on their race and sexual orientation.
