Garlic Confit 🥰

Ingredients:
- Garlic cloves
- Olive oil
- Salt

Instruction:
1) Make sure the garlic cloves are fully covered with the oil.

2) Bake at 130C for 1.5-2 hours or until the garlic cloves are golden.

3) Store in a sterilised jar in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
