Gordon Chang: US consumers are already benefiting from Trump’s plan to impose tariffs on China

Gordon Chang, author of “Plan Red: China’s Project to Destroy America,” predicts more manufacturers will follow shoe giant Steve Madden’s lead and move production away from China. Chang also points out that China drove down its currency shortly before the U.S. presidential election in anticipation of Donald Trump’s victory.
