Rafael analysis. No beans caught from Doppler though the gates were down above the hurricane as high and low pressure pulses kept the storm going in the direction intended. Yet something out at sea was keeping it in place- WHAT? Because that was NOT an actual hurricane but a frequency weather event. See my Clear Skies Conference presentation for the whole story.
